Friday Night Sew-In

Bobbi at Crafty Vegas Mom is hosting this month’s Friday Night Sew In on June 18th.  I have a couple of projects I need to plug away at, so I decided this would be a fun way to participate.  My ONLY problem IS, not that it’s a problem, just sayin’, we are going to my dearest friends’ Daughter’s wedding Friday night, soo..I am going to do my sew in on Thursday night!

If you are interested in participating, such as getting in your comfy jammas, get a cup of tea and sew away, head over to see Bobbi  and sign up..On Saturday, June 19th, we will be posting pictures of our projects on the FNSI FLICKR PAGE. AND ON SUNDAY, BOBBI WILL BE HAVING TWO GIVEAWAYS FOR PARTICIPANTS!

Here is what I plan to work on

  1. That sounds like so much fun. Wish that we lived closer and I would totally be there. I might just have to start my own "sew in".

  8. Those are really pretty fabrics. They will make neat aprons!

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Yea, even walking a little bit is a great start. I was told by a doctor who specializes in sports medicine, "too much, too soon, too bad", meaning if you do too much too quickly you could risk injury. So you're on the right track to start off small and then building. I enjoy the time alone thinking when I walk.

    Take care!

  9. I'm not a talented seamstress but I can't wait to see what you whip up! There are so many women in blogland that are such gifted seamstresses, but believe me, I'm not one of them!
