Merry Christmas?

Hmm...how did it get to be almost Christmas already? Holy cow! Time flies when youre having fun, as I like to say, haha..

Spent 10 days down in SoCal with my bestest friend Denise, her sister Eloda and families, my mom and dad, and a few days at a hotel with Scott, Lainie and Dan. I flew down there for my nephew Matt's wedding which was on the 16th. It was a long 10 days, and I am still exhausted, but it was a lot of fun, seeing my friends who I miss desperately, my folks who I miss, and my sis Cindy and her husband Bruce drove out from IL so we did our share of partying..

Carl stayed home with the dogs, we seem to have to take turns anymore..it's ok. He has been down at Scott and Lainie's since this past Monday, had thanksgiving with them, and is house hunting. I told him to find one and just buy it. I am still tired..we'll see..he has been out with our agent looking...git er done, Carl!

Lots of rain and cool weather, I don't mind it, I don't have to go out in it and work or anything...it's good sleeping weather, that's for sure..I think I am catching up on all the sleep I missed for those couple years we were so stressed out in Utah.. things will even out and taper off one of these days and we won't have such extremes.

We are heading on that big bird in the sky on Dec. 4th, we are flying to florida and meetin our friends Bob and Karen from Michigan, yes we are cruising..again. But first we are driving down to the Floriday Keys for a couple days..the ship leaves Fort Lauderdale on the 7th and returns on the 14th, and then we fly home. My bestest cousin Donna will be staying with the dogs. I should call her the dog whisperer, she really had a way with them... We will be visiting St. Thomas and St. Maarten, but several sea days, which are my favorite. Then it's back home and get ready for Christmas..Dan is flying up on the 24th until the 28th, and I hope maybe Scott and Lainie can come up for part of that time, I know she has family and that's fine. Oh. Scott had an accident on his quad in Nevada on the 8th of November, he is ok Lainie is ok, they had their helmets on, they just misjudged the angle of a slope..took a roll..he is off work for another month or so..ligament damage, etc..in his left arm, not broken..he thinks his being double jointed helped prevent more damage. Uh, yeah! Ok no more quadding until after the wedding kids!
