White, um Pink Christmas

Happy Pink Saturday, I am a tad late in posting…was not feeling well the last few days and just could not write..My mind was blank..Not that it’s functioning right now but I have not missed a Pink Saturday in months and I don’t plan to miss one today, either.

Our sweet hostess Beverly over at How Sweet the Sound has asked us to post about a favorite Christmas movie..as much as I love National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation

, my all time favorite has got to be White Christmas with Bing Crosby.  I L.O.V.E. to watch that movie..I don’t think a season goes by without watching it at some point!

A very close third is

It would not be the Christmas season without all of these fun movies..they take us back to a simpler time and make us laugh and a good break from some of the stress of the season!

Have a wonderful week!

  2. I'm so glad you posted for Pink Saturday....I'd have missed you for sure! I'm with you on the Movie Choices. It's hard to choose just one, and I like all the ones you mentioned, but my favorite is....come see me and see!!!

It's a Bummer to feel Bummed during the Holidays...pop in that National Lampoon DVD...you'll feel better after a good laugh!!! And if that doesn't work...do what I do...Chocolate Covered Cherries!!!

  5. I love White Christmas. In 2008, I was able to take mom to the live showing of White Christmas in Detroit. It was simply wonderful. She and I both really had a great time and we so enjoyed it together. One of the best memories of us together that I have in the last few years. I was so glad she could sit and just enjoy it. She loved that movie too. If you ever get the chance to see it live, go, it is wonderful. Almost as good as the movie!

  8. My all time fave Christmas movie is "It's A Wonderful Life". If I had to choose second and third place they would be "Holiday Inn" and "White Christmas" and vice versa, lol! It would be a very close tie for second anyway...
