How I Spent My Friday Night!

Well, last night was the monthly Friday Night Sew In, and so I got comfy, put on my jammas, and got crackin’.

First, I needed to finish hand sewing the waistband of an apron that was almost finished..

After that was done, I decided to cut out the fabric for my Paris apron..

I then put the finishing touches on a coffee cozy to match the above lacy apron

And on to the Paris apron…Oooh la la!

I actually got quite a bit done last night, I find that sewing calms my nerves and I love to see the different fabrics that I can put together and come out with a fab finished product..

Thanks so much for stopping by!

  2. Your apron looks fantastic!
I'm just learning how to use the sewing machine. It's not as easy as it looks.
The next apron is going to be ooh la la!

  3. I see you're in an apron swap. That is a wonderful fabric for the apron. I see that you were very organized and got a lot done.
This is my first FNSI so I was very happy to get something finished. It was a load off my mind, for sure.
    Take care.
