Don’t pass out, yes this is a blog post..the theme this week for Pink Saturday is Autumn Flowers & Foliage. How beautiful these posts will be. Fall is my favorite time of year, even though we are still experiencing above average temperatures here in the Southern California desert..What should now be in the mid 80’s, we are I the mid 90’s..Our air conditioning has been running pretty much 24/7 since Mid April..I say that’s enough already..Hoping this next week promises cooler temperatures so we can get out and enjoy Fall in the desert..
I was blessed to win a beautiful prize a couple weeks ago from Brenda at Cozy Little House and Chris Ann and Kristin from Love Feast Table..they both have gorgeous and fun blogs so be sure to stop by and check them out! Anyway, the most gorgeous set of 3 velvet pumpkins arrived a few days ago and promptly landed on my newly dusted coffee table!
I just LOVE them..I haven’t been able to find my fall décor boxes in the garage yet, its been too hot to work out there still, but have a few items around that scream Fall!
Ooh there is a bit of pink! Actually it’s a cranberry color but looks a little hot pink with the flash! I like color if I have never mentioned that before

Those pumpkins are sooooooo awesome and adorable!!!! I hope that it is cooler for you this week. here, it is about the 60s right now. Michigan seems to go from 80 to 60 so quickly.

ReplyDeleteHi Barb. Hope you are having cooler weather by now. We have had a week of warm temps again, but supposed to be cooling down drastically. Those velvet pumpkins are luscious. Great colors to take you through Thanksgiving too.
