This is the first year that I have participated in Suzanne's Secret Santa Soiree and it was a lot of fun to both put together a fun package for my partner, and also look forward to receiving a fun package from my partner. We did not have the same partner for giving to and getting from, so that adds to the mystery…I know who I sent to, but I have no clue who treated me so very well.
My package came in two parts, the first shipment had a bar of beautiful goats milk coconut soap, I’m not sure if she made the soap or bought it, but it smells delightful and I will let you know how it is after my shower this morning!
Here are a few pictures of my ‘take,’
I received a beautiful sweet Deer centerpiece with a pretty white bowl for the Lindor chocolates I was sent! A cute star ornament, and a charming Santa ornament which I have sitting on my mantle right now that seemed the right home for him.
There was also the aforementioned bar of soap from Eden Hills, and lots of beautiful embellished tags, some for Christmas, one Betty Boop and a couple of chickens thrown in there! Also a couple of rooster coasters, perfect for the breakfast bar in the kitchen!
Everything was perfect and can be used Secret Santa, I still don’t know who you are but I loved everything!! Thank you again to Suzanne for hosting such a fun swap!

Looks like you had a good swap! Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteBoy you got some nice stuff!!!!! I am hoping that next year I will be able to participate in something like that! I hope it is a really good day for you!

Wow! I want to come eat chocolate with you! LOL! Lots of great gifts for a great lady! You are a talented lady and that apron you sent is delightful. Had a tough day and it was nice to see some fun posts tonight! Take care and enjoy your goodies! Hugs Anne
ReplyDeleteLindor Truffles - oh you ARE lucky! That's my favorite candy ever. I like the darkest ones best, but I'll take any one they make. =)
ReplyDeleteWhat great gifts to open! I especially like your deer centerpiece, I wonder how long your chocs will last?!
ReplyDeleteHi there Barb!
ReplyDeleteI sure hope all is well and your christmas has been blessed.
Hugs, Viola
Oh dear, I am so far behind in visiting my favorite people. I can't believe it has been so long since I have been here. How fun your swap was. You got some really cute stuff and the one who received your gifts really hit the jackpot. How sweet you are.
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy to read you got to go visit your family. Grace and Jack must be growing so. I read you may be moving to Washington. I know how you need to get out of the Palm Desert area. I hope we can get together before you head north for good. Don't think we will be working down south anymore, but surely we can work something out.
Many many blessing to you and Carl in the New Year, Barb.
HeeHee! Rereading this post made me smile! Did you ever get your third package? I know because I sent it! When Suzanne sent your name to me I got the biggest smile! She was smiling too when I told her how long we have known each other! My first attempt at making tags are thanks to Cindy Adkins who gave me a pep talk. I still have lots of great stuff to make more! I need some swaps to get into!
ReplyDeleteHave a beautiful week!
