Yes, I know it’s only November but I have had Christmas on my mind the last couple days..you see DogPaw went to southern Utah earlier this week and retrieved our holiday decorations and a lot more from our last storage unit there…when we moved from southern Utah in August 2008 to WA state we put everything in storage. When we bought this place and moved in June of this year, most everything came out of storage except the last bit and I told DogPaw I was not NOT having a Christmas tree again, ever. Anyway, thus the Christmas on my mind!
Thanks again to Beverly at How Sweet the Sound for hosting our Pink Saturdays, they are so much fun and I have a blast trying to find pink things..for more info on Pink Saturday go HERE.
My new blog find of the week is Sugar, Spice and Southern Life it is just charming, so stop by and say hi!

Pink is my favorite color - no other compares, so Pink Saturday is the day when I can sit back, look at sweet pink goodies and visit some of the most lovely blogs in cyberspace.
ReplyDeleteMy gosh, there is NO way I can even begin to think about Christmas until after Thanksgiving!
Thank you for sharing your pinks with me today. They warmed my little pink ♥. Wishing you a wonderful and blessed weekend filled with the love of friends and family.

Happy (belated) Pink Saturday, Barb! Love those pinks! I've been known to use google in a pinch! GMTA! ha!
ReplyDeleteStorage has become a four letter word for me. I swear every year I'm NOT doing the whole tree/decor stuff..then the adult children start wah wah wahing...so my place ends up looking like elves got drunk and attacked my place with holiday stuff!
Just a long winded way of saying you aren't alone. lol!
Hope you are having a lovely weekend!
xoxo

I like the first photo a lot. It is so cherry! :-) And love those branches filled with pink ornaments - now that's an alternative for a Christmas tree :-)

Hey, Barb, thanks for stopping by. On that Chicken Alouette recipe, next time I'll do what the recipe calls for & use the puff pastry. It will be easier to work with for sure.
ReplyDeletePretty pinks!
ReplyDeleteSorry it's taken me so long to get over here, I wanted to thank you for your kind comment to me.
I will be picking the winner for my give-away tomorrow night (my grandson will do the honors) and I will post the winning name on Sunday ~ Good Luck!
