Let me explain. But first I must thank our Miss Beverly at How Sweet the Sound for being our hostess each and every Saturday..Please stop by and say hi to her and visit some of our pinkies..Saturday is my favorite day of the week mainly due to Pink Saturday!
Ok, now on to Pink is for Friends. I have a very sweet friend who shall remain nameless, mainly due to the fact that I don’t know that she would want her name plastered all over my blog but just know that this gal has become such a dear friend to me. One day not too long ago she sent me some fabric to make an apron for her, which I would gladly do! Along with that was some beautiful Christmas fabric for ME. She thought I could use it to make an apron to sell as I now have a little design business. Ok I am not shy..I have a design blog at Designs by DogmomDiva and have already sold a couple of my creations which makes me very happy! Happy to take orders, gals! Ok back to my friend..Here is the fabric she sent
Is that beautiful fabric or what? So elegant! I love it! Not only that, she sent me a sweet angel that she handmade and it was just what I needed…An Angel. My friend is an angel, that is for sure. PS. I just got the ok to tell you who my angel is..it is the sweet Parsley over at Seasons of my Mind. We were so lucky a couple months ago to meet Parsley, her sweet daughter and hubs, and her pups when they came to California for vacay..Believe me I feel very, very fortunate to be her friend..Thank you Pars!
Isn’t she beautiful?
here is India checking out the Angel, along with Halo
They approved! She is now on my mantle in the family room to keep watch over all of us…Thank you to you know who!!!♥♥
Have a wonderful Pink Saturday and week to come…~blessings~

An angel deserves an angel.
ReplyDeleteI L-O-V-E that red fabric. That will make a beautiful apron for sure.
I'm sure your friend doesn't care if you use her name or not because she didn't send you fabric to be prideful... she sent it because she cares.
So YOU were the lucky recipient of Parsley's creation! I think you are both angels. :)
ReplyDeleteYour Friend,
Deborah
