Well this is almost ‘past’ Saturday, but I don’t like to let a weekend go by without a Pink Saturday post..it’s just not the same, and hopefully tomorrow I will have time to read through everyone’s posts and sweet comments! We had a busy day today, our son and girlfriend surprised us with a surprise visit, and brought goodies to bbq..burgers and ribs..they also paid a surprise visit to my mom, who lives a few blocks away, as she just got out of the hospital last night after a scare on Wednesday..She is 84 years young, had been sick for a couple days, fever and hard to breathe, so we had the paramedics come and take her to the hospital..she spent a couple days there, had lots of tests, seems to have COPD..I talked to her tonight, she sounds like her same self, so that is good..I appreciate all the prayers that were said in her behalf.
Ok now on to Pink Saturday. I have a few new pictures of our sweet little grand girl Grace Lily to share..thank you for indulging this first time grandma..
With her daddy, our son..
Her two month old photo
With her mama at a baseball game..note the pink Angels onesie! Already a fan!
I hope you all are having a great weekend, be sure to stop by and say hi to our sweet Beverly at How Sweet the Sound, and visit some of our other pink ladies!

Glad your mom is doing better.....what a cutie pie you have there....
ReplyDeleteGood Morning Barb Sweetie...
ReplyDeleteHappy Pink Saturday and look at your pinks today. Oh my gosh, does sweet Grace Lily ever look precious. She is growing so fast.
Love all the pics but that one of Grace and her Daddy, oh my just priceless. She has her little eyes open so wide, she just appears to be saying, "Hello World." I love it.
I see she is going to be a binky baby as well. All of my grand daughters were. Isn't that funny, none of the boys, just the girls.
So sorry to hear about your Moma sweet friend. Daddy has COPD as well, and it can be so scary at times. With the heat that we have all been having, it sure isn't helping any. I will add her to my prayer list. Please keep me posted.
I haven't been able to post as much, my computer is going. I am trying to get it to last through next weekend the Miracle Makeover with Kelee Katillac. You know that is a near and dear project to my heart.
Take care sweetie and know that you are always in my thoughts. I see my apron every day and smile. It has brought me such happiness. I will treasure it always.
Many hugs and SO much love from Phoenix, Sherry
You have something special here now for pink Saturday - every week - she is gorgeous.
