A Summer’s Day’s Pinks

Well it is just too darn hot and muggy here to go outside to take any pink pictures, even though our bougainvillea is blooming like mad, as are our Mexican bird of paradise, so pretty…We are getting the tail end of a monsoon coming at us from Arizona and the Baja…enough to make it humid and muggy, but not a lick of rain..BOO!

Anyway, in celebration of Pink Saturday and staying INDOORS, I thought I would share some new fabric I just received..I am so anxious to fashion these fabrics into aprons, time now to put your dibs in!  Taking orders!

These are called Sugar Roses…Ah what stunning fabric and vibrant color..isn’t it scrumptious?

  11. Good Morning Sweetie...
Oh I have been having computer issues, down and up, down and up. I appear to be up and running for the time being, so I just had to pop over. So thrilled I did.

What beautiful fabrics you have found. The roses are so elegant and dreamy. Looks like something Marydon would adore. Love the pixies as well, and ofcourse who doesn't love paisley print? So pretty and SO you.

Hope you are surviving the heat. It has certainly been playing havoc with my health. I have been so congested with all of this darn humidity we are having. Yesterday was 65% which is unbelievable for us here in the valley. Ask me if I like it?

How's the baby doing? I know she must be growing like a weed. Bet you are ready to travel back again. Can't let to much time pass between visits.

Hugs to you sweet friend. Have a gorgeous Tuesday. Many hugs and SO much love, Sherry

  12. Those are going to be the cutest aprons. They all qualify for pink Saturday without going out in the heat. Love the first one with the roses and the coordinates for it. What line is it from?
Hope you are feeling better and beating that ear infection. Gotta get well to get that sewing done, huh?
