It’s been a while since I have posted for Pink Saturday, that I love so much..I am still in a mental drought and totally feel that I have nothing interesting to say or share..I am hoping as time goes on and I feel better and better my thoughts and blog mojo will return soon. I REALLY miss blogging..I do keep up with many of you via my Google Reader, thank goodness or Reader..I try to keep up best I can..
Well of course, m favorite PINK is my darling Grace Lily. She just turned TEN months old..I can’t believe it, we will be celebrating her first birthday before we know it..and her little brother will be here soon, too. My daughter in love is almost 33 weeks along now, her due date is May 19..Her mom Cyndi, her friend Danielle and I are hostessing a Little Man baby shower for her and my son on April 21st..It’s a cute mustache theme and will be coed and family..just a party, really..So Carl and I will be traveling up north around the 19th for a few days to participate in that! Fun times!
Here are a few newer pictures of Grace Lily..she's just started walking last weekend and we have see her a few times thank goodness to Skype!
See Mom, I can stand!
Out to dinner on St. Patrick’s Day for her daddy’s birthday!
We were hiding in her Disney Princess tent!

A rainy day!
Well I never get tired of looking at pictures of Gracie, I hope I haven’t bored you to tears..she is my bestest pink!
I am here linking to Beverly at How Sweet the Sound; I hope you stop by to visit her and leave her a sweet comment..she does so much for all of us pinkies each and every week! And thank you to all my followers who have stuck with me in my time of need the last few months, I keep waiting for my blogging mojo to return..Might be the medications I have been taking since December, most days I want to write a post like a ‘normal’ person, and it just isn’t there. I am counting on Pink Saturdays to pull me back into my normal ‘groove”!
Have a wonderful weekend, Easter is only one week away!

I too have gone through bloggy droughts. In my case, the inspiration came back eventually. Hope it does so for you too!
ReplyDeleteHi Barb! So nice to meet you! I go in and out of blogging storms too. I likeit but ideas, work, etc slow it down. lol I think it normal. Your aprons are adorable, maybe if I was wearing one I wouldn't have splashed clorox on a fave shirt.:(
ReplyDeleteYou grandaughter is beautiful. I have a dear friend with fibro, I understand. I am you newest follower! Dianna
Hi Barb ... your Gracie is precious! I love the picture of her with her nose all scrunched up.
ReplyDeleteI know you said that you feel you have nothing to say right now. (Mercy do I understand that!) But I wanted to reassure you that the words that you left for me in a comment over on my blog (Looking for Tigger) were exactly what I needed to remind me that my words, my blogs, do touch people ... even people that I don't know about! In this season blogging honestly is the ministry that God has given me. And once in a while it is nice to be reminded that He is using it in ways that I don't realize! All of that wordiness to say .. your words touched my heart today! Thank you!
Hi Barb,
ReplyDeleteI hope you're feeling better soon. Those slumps can hold you back for a while, I know. I often feel like I have nothing to share but then I always end up sharing something. My weekly Tea Party keeps me on my toes for sure.
Your little Gracie is darling and you are blessed to be able to spend time with her.
I have a little granddaughter whom I have not met yet. She is 15 months old now and lives on the other side of the country. The only girl in the family! I have three sons and four grandsons so you can imagine how anxious I am to meet her!
Thanks for visiting today and I hope you have a delightful weekend.
Blessings,
Sandi
i love going for walks.
ReplyDeleteMy Pink, you might want to link up with my Color Connection meme as well.
I love the pictures of Grace! She is such a beautiful little girl! I especially love the picture of her in the sun glasses. They are sort of like mine!
ReplyDeleteI do hope you are feeling better!

ReplyDeleteYour blog post are always great and whatever you have to say, your followers will want to hear from you.
Praying you get back to your normal groove too.
Hope your trip north was good and that you are now hugging your girl. Have a wonderful family Easter, my special friend.
