Thought I would post some pics...these are of mom and dad's new house in Desert Hot Springs, CA. They closed escrow on December 31st...and moving by the end of the month. The end of another chapter in our life. We thought it would work, it didn't. Anyway its a very nice house, 3 years old 1700 sq feet with an awesome pool. It was a bank repo so they got a great deal, at least 75,000 below the same house up the street with no pool so dad is a happy camper..my brother is down there, along with the nephews...they will be fine. Now if our place would just sell.....
