Got your attention with that~ not silly at all, tired is more like it! Carl and I drove into Vegas yesterday to meet up with our friends Sherry and Jerry...Sherry and I worked together at Northview, she was a teacher and I only a humble workerperson haha...Anyway we have kept in touch over the last few years and she and I have met up a couple of times but husbands had not met. We had a blast, she and Jerry live at Sun City Anthem, its not like any Sun City I have ever seen....I could not believe how active and youthful everyone we saw was..so many things to do there, and then you have Vegas a few miles away, they are in Henderson, up against the hills...They gave us a tour of all their clubhouses and places of interest at Sun City, then we all drove out to Lake Las Vegas..oh my such luxury in the middle of the desert...hotsy totsy hotels, million dollar homes, the lake, wow. After that we ate dinner at the buffet at the South Point Casino Hotel and saw Sha Na Na perform...it was great....the boys loved their tv show when they were little...every saturday night we had to watch Sha Na Na...We got home about 1 a.m. this morning and neither of us are worth a can of beans...tomorrow is a new day...its a good lazy day to watch football...
Ok weather people say it might snow here. Yeah right, they lie! We'll see what happens this week I would place a bet that it does not...maybe we will be pleasantly surprised, at least it would be a different color here than brown and red, haha.
Later..

Sun City (all of them) is unbelievable. They literally think of everything. Maybe that's something you guys should think of. We've seen the ones in Arizona and they're beautiful! I actually like Las Vegas. We try to go down once a year or every two years. Chuck has a work friend down there and we stay at the timeshare...one of our favorite timeshares...it's gorgeous. Deb
