Ok, it wasn't worthy of 'storm watch' but we did get some rain this morning..it was enough to wet the front courtyard, mess up the windows and make me use the windshield wipers on my errand to Office Max (the new one by my house...next to in n out yippee). Stayed cloudy the rest of the day...don't know what tomorrow holds in store, would love to see more moisture!
I am the only person I know that it takes almost an entire day to make one greeting card from the computer. Honest. What a ditz....sheesh.
Worked on cleaning out the pantry this morning...I didn't know what was where and that is just a total waste of food. Lots of boxed stuff and floury things had to be tossed, I had called Dan my grocery expert, and he said if it's past the 'best used by' date or no date at all...toss. So I did! Most of it is mom's stuff so I boxed it up for her. She had most of the canned goods and oils....I need to go through the cabinet where the spices are next..
We have an agent bringing buyers through tomorrow between 11 and 12 so no deep cleaning for me in the morning...Get it picked up, vacuumed,mopped and dogs out for a ride. One of these days the right buyer will show up. Or not. It's getting old but at least it's being looked at....so fingers crossed all!

Barb...you've had a lot of people look at your house in a short period of time! Much better than back home!! You'll sell in no time. Weatherman keeps telling us of "BIG coming" snow Sunday and rain for you. Our attachment for the snow plow to fit the quad will probably come in AFTER all this snow! L.A. got it big!. Luv, Deb
ReplyDeleteHi Deb we dropped the price so we must be in the right price point now...its defeating though..clean, clean, pick up, dogs in the jeep and car, drive around for an hour, come home, buyers have come and gone, nothing...the Parade of Homes is coming up though so that is probably our 'window of opportunity'. If we dont sell by March will probably just head up to WA when it gets warm and figure it out. Maybe we need to lease it out and rent something smaller for ourselves. Have thought about renting the casita to a college student or something too..but i do think a sale will come with the parade of homes. Keep prayin girl...i am getting depressed.
