Fall is my fave time of year…I don’t know what it is about fall….the colors, the smells, the food, I don’t know but I love it!
I would love to see some your favorite fall things, take some pictures of some decor around your home, outside and share!
We don’t have leaves falling here, but the temps are dropping. I don’t have a lot of fall decor yet, most of everything we have is either in storage or in the garage…both need to be dealt with and now that it’s cooling off, this shall happen soon.
Have a wonderful fall day!

I love your fall letters! Did you make them? They are so adorable. ARe you guys coming around during Christmas? We are throwing around the idea of going to San Diego in December-how close is that to you?
ReplyDeleteKellie, no we won't be coming to SLC area anytime soon:( Come on down, we are a couple hours from San Diego, would love to have you stay here, also we could meet up with you there for an overnight..in other words, we are not far at all:) Dan lives right off the I-15 about an hour north of SD too and they have extra bedrooms, too.
ReplyDeleteKellie, oh no I did not make the letter I am not very crafty, i did buy from an Etsy shop though called GlitterMe..love her work..
ReplyDeleteI really like your sign, the fall letters. Did you make those? I know how you feel about the weather, but finally it's starting to feel a little like fall.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing, please stop by and say hello.

Barb
Thanks for coming by my blog...and I don't think you are alone in the "fall love"...it's always nice to have the weather cool down and for some gorgeous colors to show up...nice change from the dry hot summers!
ReplyDeleteWe are in the Palm Springs area, so yes, COOLER is better..gosh I always liked fall, just never knew how much..thanks for visiting!
ReplyDeleteHi Barb,
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by and leaving such a nice comment. I had to check where Desert Hot Springs was and now I remember. It's by Indio. I grew up in the Imperial Valley in a small town named Calipatria, and we drove by Indio many times on our way to visit relatives in Santa Maria, CA. How cool that you drive by Bakersfield sometimes. I'm just outside to the Northwest. I'm interested to hear how the whole NYC Blogher events is costwise. I would love to go, but with these tough economic times...well you know. But please keep me informed. Have a great weekend!
Alicia
Alicia, yes you drove by her all the time..I know where Calipatria is..down S of the Salton Sea..would be fun to get together sometime when we are heading up to our son's....
ReplyDeleteRegarding Blogher, I can email you the info, my email is bboyack1@yahoo.com. I think the biggest expense would be getting to NYC and back, out of L.A. would probably be the cheapest for us..my sister Cindy in IL also would like to go..that would be 3 of us to a room which brings down the cost somewhat..I should have been a travel agent in my other life, I can run some figures together after the class schedule is released and we can see where we stand.
Yes the economy stinks, the way I look at is, put all the pennies and nicles in a jar and see where it will take you!
hugs
