Hello, Pinkies! I don’t have much to share today, I have not felt well most of the week. I managed to post for two parties so I am going to link you to those!
First of all, many thank you’s to our sweet Beverly at How Sweet the Sound for hostessing all us PINKIES each and every week. Please visit her and also my pink sistas over there!
First, I am now an official Bloggerette Society sister. We had our ‘rush’ and HERE is the post! I joined Karen at Some Days are Diamonds..please visit her and check out some of the wonderful blogs..we were given the task of taking this picture
and doing something creative with it.. HA! I wanted to join but not very creative but I came up with this…
oh and the caveat was to be in the picture!
Now, if I had been using the brain that God gave me, I would have tinted the picture PINK. Oh well…it’s been one of THOSE weeks!
Second, I joined Stephanie at Angelic Accents for her Wedding Blog Party.
I had fun with that one too, I posted pictures from my wedding in 1977 alongside pictures from my son and daughter in love’s wedding in 2009..So similar, yet so different! I would be so pleased if you would visit HERE and enjoy!
Now for Pink Saturday..I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and didn’t really leave the house this week to even have the opportunity to take any pictures, but here are some of my fave summer pinks
Pink Lemonade..courtesy of Leigh Hannan Images
How about some watermelon?
And some cutie patootie flip flops??
And of course a pink hat to keep the sun off my skin so it doesn’t get too PINK!
Well, that’s quite a long enough post for one day! Many blessings and thank you for stopping by..xoxox

Sounds like fun! You're more creative than me with that photo. I wouldn't know how to do what you did.
ReplyDeletelove your pinks!! I was just diagnosed with fibro and my heart goes out to you. Have a nice weekend and feel stronger soon.;p

ReplyDeleteHello Pinks,
ReplyDeleteSo nice to meet you! I love the way you colored the photo. So sweet :0)
And you're STILL a doll, sugar! Happy pink saturday.
ReplyDeleteYep, we lived in 29 Palms twice for a couple of years and it got HOT and COLD both. Now, in this southwest Idaho desert, same thing. We have to be very careful what we plant and I just love hostas, azaleas and rhododendrons but it's work to get them to stay alive here, chickee.
xoxo,
Connie
Oh, Barb! I'm sorry you've been housebound this week, and I hope you are out and about again soon. I love the pinks you shared with us! Hope you are having a better day today.
